Metal Bond Diamond Wheel

Vitrified Diamond Wheel

For PCD &PCBN inserts
With special vitrified bond, E-Grind created a high efficient diamond wheels suitable for sharpening PCD/PCBN insert.

For Camshaft, crankshaft and cylindrical grinding
Vitrified bond CBN wheels are used for grinding the automobile camshafts, crankshafts and cylinder in air-compressor industry.

For Internal Grinding vitrified CBN inner grinding wheel are widely used for grooving vane pump rotors and synchromesh ball-joints, etc, as well as for forming injection parts.
Two types of Vitrified bond CBN wheel for Inner grinding:
- wheel with shaft
- wheel without shaft.

Electroplated Wheel

Electroplated Diamond & CBN tools are featured with free-faster cutting, non-truing and dressing, less heating due to the diamond particles protruding from the surface.

Diamond plated products are usually a singer layer of diamonds highly concentrated, and held on by a tough, durable nickel alloy. This high concentration enables plated products to retain their original shape and dimensions throughout its working life.

Our electroplated machines and technology are imported from Germany. We provide all types of high precision electroplated tools.

Hybrid Bond Wheel

Cutting Tools

Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is formed in a large High Temperature-High Pressure (HT-HP) press, as either a diamond wafer on a backing of carbide, or forming a “vein” of diamond within a carbide wafer of rod.

PCBN Inserts

Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) is one type superhard materials which hardness is only second to diamond. It not only has many diamonds’ excellent characteristics, but also has higher chemical stability. As one type Engineering Material, it is already widely used in ferrous metal and other alloy materials industry. CBN Tools has sharp cutting tips, shape retention is good, wear resistance is high, unit wear is small, and the number of corrections is small, is conducive to automatic processing. It is suitable for all cutting processes from roughing to finishing.

Belt Oil Skimmer

The Belt Oil Skimmer is widely used in CNC machine tool and processing center. It can separate the floating oil and grease from the water agent and emulsion. This process can extend the time of change the liquid, and extend the life of cutter, which will improve the machining accuracy.
